Summit Racing I-X Piston Powered Autorama
The Summit Racing Equipment I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama returned to the I-X Center, promising an expansive display of over 1,000 piston-powered vehicles. It was a gathering that drew thousands of gearheads and powersport enthusiasts, making it one of the largest indoor shows globally.
From cars to trucks, military vehicles to construction machines, farm machinery to planes, the show boasted a diverse array of exhibits. As the organizers put it, “If a Piston Makes It Go – It’s in the Show!”
Additionally, the event showcased the Model Car Contest inside the East entrance and the Krazy Paint Charity Panel Jam on the North Wall. The auction at the latter raised a record-setting $55,082 for the Career and Technical School Foundation in 2023.
Since its inception in 2013, the show has consistently honored the military and first responders. Once again, it hosted the Designated Military Zone (DMZ), welcoming Rolling Thunder and the Medina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5137.
All vehicles underwent inspection under the International Show Car Association (ISCA) / Summit Racing Equipment Show Car Series. They could also participate in the I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama Driven Series, featuring a “Rockers-up” inspection by ISCA judges.
